Cancellation: Monthly billing requires 30 days' written notice to cancel and renews automatically each month. Annual pre-pay is non-refundable and non-cancellable except in cases of relocation or other valid circumstances disclosed in advance; annual plans renew at the end of each term unless cancelled in writing before renewal. One-time pickups are charged per booking.
Our Story
When I was eight years old, my sisters were babysitting for spending money and I wanted something of my own. So I started knocking on doors on Byrd Street, offering to take my neighbors' trash cans to the curb. I called it "Trash N Dash."
What began as a small neighborhood hustle turned into something more. I kept it going through high school, and by the time I graduated, I had been doing it so long that many of my neighbors weren't thrilled to go back to handling it themselves.
Today, Byrd Street Services is built on that same foundation — reliability, consistency, and taking care of the people around us. The name comes from the street where it all started. The cardinal in our logo honors my late grandfathers, who both loved cardinals deeply. It's also a nod to North Carolina, where they lived and where my appreciation for hard work and community first took shape.
